Talk to the workshop, not a call centre
Bonustrellis answers the phone from the same building where the signs get welded. Tell us what you're building, where it's going and roughly when you need it — we'll tell you straight whether it's doable and what it'll cost.

Mon to Fri, 7:30am to 5:00pm. Ask for Callum or Hana — one of them is usually standing next to a welder.

Tell us what you want built and where it's going
The more we know up front, the faster we can give you a straight number. A phone photo of the shopfront, a rough stand size, or the venue's floorplan is usually enough for us to work with.
- Fixed quote issued in five working days
- Drawings before any metal gets cut
- One contact from start to finish
- Certificates and warranty on install day
What happens after you press send
Your message lands on the workshop office inbox. One of us reads it, checks the schedule, and replies within one business day. If it's obvious which service you need, we may already have a price band for you on the first reply.

Before you call
Quick answers to the questions we hear most often
If your question isn't here, call us and ask. We'd rather answer before you spend money than after.
Every enquiry gets a personal reply within one business day. If your message lands on a Friday afternoon, you'll usually hear back the same day or first thing Monday. We don't use auto-responders and you won't get a template.
You're welcome any time during opening hours, but a five-minute call ahead means the right person is on the floor to walk you through your job. If Callum or Hana are mid-weld, they'd rather stop and chat than have you standing around waiting.
We visit jobs anywhere in Victoria without a charge if the project proceeds, and we've done installations in every mainland capital. For remote sites we usually start with photos and a floorplan, then run a site visit only if the job needs one.
Yes, please. Once you've sent the form, reply to our acknowledgment email with any .pdf, .ai, .eps, .jpg or .dwg files you have. The more we can work from, the faster the drawings come back and the less guesswork goes into the quote.
Roughly a third of our work involves fixing or refurbishing something built by someone else. Send a photo and we'll tell you honestly whether it's worth repairing or worth starting fresh. We don't turn away a repair just because we didn't build it the first time.
Email is fine for anything under twenty megabytes. For larger sets, send a Dropbox, WeTransfer or Google Drive link and we'll pull it down. If you're using a project management platform, ask your contact for a Bonustrellis folder and we'll share access to it.
