Bonustrellis is a signage, fabrication and exhibition stand building company based in Bendigo, Victoria, Australia. This policy explains how we collect, hold, use and disclose personal information when you visit our website, request a quote, place an order or deal with us in person at our workshop. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles set out in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

What personal information we collect
We only collect what we actually need to quote, fabricate, deliver and install your job or stand. That usually includes:
- Your name, business name and ABN where relevant
- Contact details such as email address, phone number and delivery or site address
- Job specifications, drawings, brand assets and photographs of the premises you share with us
- Billing and payment information, including invoice records and transaction references
- Technical information from our website such as IP address, browser type and pages viewed
We do not collect sensitive information such as health data, ethnicity or political opinions, and we ask you not to send us any.
How we use and share your information
Your information is used to prepare quotes, produce drawings and prototypes, manufacture and deliver your signage or stand, invoice you, and support you after installation. We may also use your details to send service updates, warranty notices and, where you have opted in, occasional company news.
We share personal information only with parties who help us complete your job. That includes freight carriers, licensed electrical installers, venue bump-in crews and our accounting provider. Every one of those parties is bound by confidentiality and only receives the minimum data required. We do not sell personal information, and we do not trade it for marketing lists.
Cookies and website analytics
Our website uses a small number of cookies to keep the site running and to understand which pages actually help visitors. You can accept or restrict these when the cookie notice appears and can change your mind by clearing cookies in your browser. Full detail is set out in our Cookie Policy.
How long we keep data and how we protect it
Quote records are held for two years. Job files, drawings and warranty records are held for seven years to meet Australian tax and warranty obligations. After that period they are securely destroyed. Access to our systems is restricted to staff who need it for their role, and files are stored on encrypted services with regular backups.
Your rights and how to contact us
You can ask us at any time to show you the personal information we hold about you, correct anything that is wrong, or delete information we no longer need to keep by law. If you are in the EEA you also have the right to object to certain processing and to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
