Message received

Thanks — your message is on the workshop desk

Bonustrellis has received your enquiry and one of us is reading it right now. You'll hear back within one business day, usually sooner. Nothing else to do on your end.

What happens next

We read the brief, check the build schedule for your target date, then reply with either a price band or a couple of questions. If drawings or brand files exist, we'll ask for them in the same reply.

While you're waiting

Two things that speed the quote up

Send photos or a floorplan

If you didn't attach a photo of the shopfront or a floorplan of the stand footprint, reply to our acknowledgment email with whatever you've got. A phone snap works fine — we're not precious about it.

Drop in your brand guide

A .pdf brand guide, a logo in .ai or .eps, or a RAL or Pantone colour reference lets us skip a round of back-and-forth. If all you have is a jpeg, that's fine for most letter sets.

Or just call and talk to a fabricator

If it's easier to talk it through, ring the workshop. You'll speak to someone who's actually building this stuff, usually with one hand still on a welder.
